The services that we offer are on three levels from immediate needs to strategic needs. Recruitment Execution Services involve the support services built in and around the recruitment event. These services even though they are based around an urgent need will not have a lasting affect on the way the organisation recruits. The Planning and Strategic Assessment Area are more important change elements in terms of the organisations recruitment challenges.
What is our Unique Position?
Many companies are driven or led to seek solution to recruitment outside the company. The focus
is on branding, heavy investment in technology, outsourcing, supply channels, new channels and
in some cases skills providers like education systems. All of these pieces are relevant but there is
quite a lot that can be done inside an organisation to improve recruitment. The recruitment department
is the engine room and if things are not efficient here then there is a good chance that the external
drivers will only have a limited affect on the success of the recruitment business process.Our
consultations are initially based on discovery of service needs and involve no cost at the initial stage.
