About Tom Clancy manager at Recruitment Forum

Recruitment Forum works in the structure of recruitment in companies. Our involvement is in the process and ways of work engaged by companies to hire employees. We use structured methodologies from other disciplines in business and use them to improve business.

We fix or improve your recruitment structures. A great consultant needs to have experience that enables them to see patterns of issues. They then need to structure solutions. Most importantly they need to be able to implement these solutions. A fresh pair of eyes looking at the way you recruit is going to be of benefit to business in a competitive market.

Recruitment Forum was set up by Tom Clancy in 2007 with the specific purpose of providing solutions in all areas of recruitment. Companies even efficient ones can spend a great deal of time and money trawling a market for Talent when they could be targeting them. We offer solutions and alternative ways of thinking about the recruitment task. This leads to a change in costs, the acquisition time line and the skill level of the end candidate. You will benefit from nearly 15 years experience through your interaction with us.
